Reimbursement will be provided only to the properly registered vehicle listed in this membership. To obtain reimbursement you must submit a completed claim form within 30 days of occurrence along with paid receipts and a copy of the paid repair order. Facilities or services are not provided by us or the Dealer and the cost of the repair work is not included. This is for reimbursement only.
